One of Q Carriers’ philosophies is that Owner-Operators must be profitable for the company to be profitable. That’s why we work closely with our Owner-Operators to provide them with the tools they need to ensure their success.

For example, if you live in our Midwest-to-South/Southeast traffic lane, you can expect to be home every 7-10 days, if you live in select areas. You’ll average at least 11,000 miles a month and we pay for drops and unloading. We even conduct regular meetings with our Owner-Operators to discuss issues that are important to you and your fellow drivers.

We require our Owner-Operators to be 24 years old with at least two years of over-the-road experience. They must have a clean MVR with a HAZMAT endorsement and a truck that’s 7 years old or newer.
